Brand identity, website and messaging for a cold laser therapy company.
FreshStart NI have successfully been providing a wide range of cold laser therapy treatments in the Northern Ireland market over the past 12 years. FreshStart NI approached Stripypaint to redevelop the company brand identity in order to improve the companies visual presence in the alternative therapy marketplace.
The new FreshStartNI brand needed to stand out in the sometimes clichéd alternative therapies visual landscape and had create a strong first impression with potential customers. Beginning with a discovery phase, we clearly identified the types of users of the service, the value that we needed to communicate and the business goals of the project. After completing in-depth research into past clients, we created key customer personas, identifying the needs of our user and helping us to clarify messaging requirements which in turn helped us narrow the focus later in the design stage of the project.
Once the users had been defined and our value proposition agreed we began the design process. We used a series of stylescapes to give the client some options on our interpretation of the possible visual direction of the brand. By using this technique the client was able to start to see how the information we generated in the discovery phase of the project was translated into themes for further exploration. Once agreement was reached on the general approach the brand design was to be developed in, we were able to relatively quickly move through the process and finalise the new brand identity.
The new brand was then applied to various marketing materials and across the companies range of social platforms and website.
